The Art and Culture Development Foundation under the Ministry of Culture of Uzbekistan in liaison with British Council have launched a 2-year museum management programme. The purpose of the programme is to improve qualifications of gallery and museum workers in the area of arts management.
The programme is designed jointly with Goldsmiths University of London, one of the best universities in the world. Goldsmiths is highly involved in arts management development and known for its substantial experience in training and introducing a new museum management system to a number of countries.
The third cycle of training sessions led by British international experts, Oonagh Murphy and Johanna Taylor, was conducted in the Center for Contemporary Arts from 20 to 24 May 2019.
